At Ristorante Rinuccini, we are deeply committed to sustainability and responsible stewardship of the environment. We believe in the power of good food to bring people together, and we aim to ensure that our practices have a positive impact on our community, the planet, and future generations.
Our sustainability efforts include sourcing fresh, locally-produced ingredients, supporting farmers and suppliers who prioritise ethical and eco-friendly practices. We are committed to reducing food waste by carefully managing inventory, repurposing leftovers, and donating excess food to local charities whenever possible.
We actively work to reduce our environmental footprint by minimising single-use plastics, using sustainable packaging, and investing in energy-efficient appliances. Additionally, we are working towards reducing our water consumption, sourcing biodegradable cleaning products, and improving our waste management through recycling and composting. We have installed 48 solar PV panels to harvest the sun’s energy, further reducing our carbon footprint.
In our commitment to sustainability, we also prioritise promoting healthy and nutritious choices for our guests, offering plant-based options, and working to support fair-trade practices wherever possible.
