Ristorante Rinuccini is a multi-award winning fine-dining Italian restaurant in the heart of Kilkenny City owned and run by the Cavaliere family. Kilkenny’s longest established restaurant, Ristorante Rinuccini is renowned for its cuisine, service, décor and wine offer.
A highly successful family business for more than 25 years, head Chef/Owner Antonio Cavaliere is joined by his wife Marian, who works front of house, his son Riccardo who manages the business, and Riccardo’s wife Orla. The family prides itself on sourcing all of its fresh produce from quality local artisan suppliers while Italian ingredients are handpicked and imported directly from Italy. Rinuccini has one of the most extensive and exclusive Italian wine lists in Ireland and are recent recipients of ‘Best Customer Service’ Ireland at the Restaurant Association of Ireland Awards 2015 and ‘Excellence in Hospitality’ in the Glanbia Kilkenny Chamber Awards 2015.
Position available: Chef de Partie
An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie who wishes to join a long established restaurant in the heart of Kilkenny. Led by the owner and award winning chef, Antonio Cavaliere the nine strong team of chefs are dedicated to creating exciting classic Italian dishes with an Irish twist. Following the recent refurbishment, the kitchen is equipped with the latest equipment including all-induction Swiss, handmade “Munu System” cooking suite, three Rational ovens to name but a few.
The Person:
Rinuccini are looking for a hardworking and creative chef with at least two years’ experience in a busy restaurant to join their team. The candidate must be passionate about creating high quality dishes with exceptional attention to detail and must be an excellent communicator and work well within a team.
The Position:
This is a superb opportunity for a talented Chef de Partie, to join the team of 9 chefs on the hot and cold starter section of the kitchen working alongside main course Chef De Partie. This is a great opportunity to provide training for junior chefs and for promotion to more senior role.
The Package:
The right candidate will receive an excellent package including a very favourable salary, 20 days holidays per year with an additional nine bank holidays or time in lieu where applicable. Rinuccini team members are encouraged to develop their skills and passion for food under the tutelage of award winning Head Chef Antonio.

Position available: Waiter/Waitress
The Person:
The candidate must have a desire to develop a career as a waiter/waitress with a passion for providing outstanding customer care. They must be friendly and professional with at least two years waiting experience in a fine-dining environment. An interest in wine is an advantage. The best candidate will be a practical person who is well presented and can work equally on their own initiative or as part of a team.
The Package:
The candidate will receive an excellent package including a very favourable salary, 20 days holidays per year with an additional nine bank holidays or time in lieu where applicable. Their professional skills will be developed working alongside owner Marian Cavaliere and Manager, Riccardo Cavaliere in an award winning and renowned fine-dining Italian restaurant.
